B&D RV Battery Lock was founded by Bill and Donna, the original inventors behind our patented anti-theft battery bracket. After having the batteries stolen from their own camp trailer, Bill set out to find a solution. What he discovered were only makeshift fixes: heavy chains, awkward setups, and flimsy bike locks that offered little real protection. Refusing to settle, he began designing his own bracket. After multiple prototypes, he created a design that was strong, simple, and built to last. That design became the foundation of our patented B&D RV Battery Lock.
When Bill passed away, Donna continued the business and carried on their legacy of quality craftsmanship and customer care. In 2025, we were honored to purchase the company from her. Having been close friends with Bill and Donna for years, we share their passion for innovation, integrity, and the personal service that comes with a small, family-run business.
Today, we’re proud to continue their mission, delivering a phenomenal product, exceptional customer service, and peace of mind for RV owners across the country. Our brackets are proudly made in the USA, with every step of the manufacturing process taking place in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
